How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be made by calling 021438511 or emailing info@silkfinish.co.nz. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time
What happens if I’m late to my appointment?
Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients. The full appointment fee may still apply.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Please let us know by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This way, we can offer the time to someone else.
Is a consultation included?
Consultations are included when needed and always recommended, especially for advanced treatments. This helps us tailor services to your goals, skin, and body.
Are treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, all treatments are customised. Please let us know about any sensitivities, allergies, or medical needs before your appointment so we can keep you comfortable and safe.
What are your opening hours?
Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: By Appointments Only.
Sunday: Closed
Hours may vary on public holidays.
